ReturnS and ExchangeS

If you receive your Staunton Moods product and you are not completely satisfied with the size, colour, style etc we are more than happy to exchange or provide a refund on the items purchased provided they are returned to us in original condition and within 21 days of you receiving the shipment. You are responsible for covering the postage costs of returning the item to us using standard registered mail. We will then reimburse you for the cost of the postage once we have received and processed the exchange or return. We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to you on the first exchange however any subsequent exchanges will incur additional postage charges. Before returning any items to us we highly recommend that you read the easy 1-2-3 step process outlined on the Returns & Exchanges page via the following link to avoid any unnecessary delays.

Order Tracking

There are two ways of checking the status of your order.

1. Click on the Order Tracking link in the email sent to you when your shirt was dispatched. This link will take you directly to the courier company's website where you can get an update on the status of your parcel. 

2. If you were logged in to 'My Account' at the time of your purchase your order tracking details will be recorded and available for viewing on the 'Order History' page within the 'My Account' section of the website. To access these details, log in to 'My Account' and go to the 'Order History' link. Once on the page you will see a column called 'Tracking number'.  If you have an order outstanding, you will see its details. Click on the tracking number that corresponds to your order and you will be directed to the website of the courier company where you can get an update on the status of your parcel.

Please note: If an item you would like to order is not in stock please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can inform you as soon as the item is available. If the item has been discontinued, we will contact you to see what you would like to do.

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 CET (Central European Time) with the exception of the Belgian public (bank) holidays listed below.

Dispatch of shirts

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 CET with the exception of the following Belgian public (bank) holidays along with public (bank) holidays in the destination country. Orders placed before midday Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
